Album Release

Bernhard Eder is one of the most remarkable, active, and consistent singer-songwriters of the FM4 generation. As such, he is a fixture and almost a veteran of the local alternative scene—with a reach that extends beyond Austria.
Born in Geboltskirchen in Upper Austria, Bernhard Eder studied jazz vocals at the Vienna Conservatory from 2000 to 2005. In the late 1990s, he achieved his first musical successes with the band “Wa:rum” as a singer, guitarist, and songwriter; the band released a total of three albums. In the fall of 2006, Eder decided to move to Berlin and launch a solo career. His debut album, “The Livingroom Sessions,” was released in June 2007 and received airplay on radio stations throughout the German-speaking world.

To date, his artistic career includes over 900 concerts throughout Europe and the U.S., work on various theater productions, and, since 2023, he has also been a member (and producer) of the band “Low Life Rich Kids.” Rolling Stone wrote about his latest solo album, *Golden Days*: “An impressionistic masterpiece, folk-pop melancholy in its purest form.”

It is followed by “Nonsleeper” in 2015. In late 2016, Bernhard releases his 6th studio release, a cover album named “Remake”, completed by the live album “Remodel” (2017). They are followed by “Reset” (2019) and “Subterranian Echoes” (2022).
