An intercultural cabaret, Senegalese and sarcastic

Under this title, Senegalese entertainer Ibrahima “Ibo” Ndiaye offers humor at its finest. Peppered with “black wisdom,” spiced with a dash of stand-up comedy, and rounded off with African rhythm, the trained Germanist, actor, musician, and author presents his “Senegalese-Saarland” program, with which he knows how to entertain his audience brilliantly.

The eloquent and quick-witted entertainer, who has lived in Saarbrücken for 25 years, skillfully plays with the German language and provides humorous and profound insights into both European and African everyday realities. Ibo is accompanied musically by his friend Mamadou Diabate.
