On April 21, 2026, French-Armenian singer Titiano, known as “The Voice of Aznavour,” will open the Armenian Music Festival at Vienna's Porgy & Bess with his interpretations of Charles Aznavour's songs. Titiano will be accompanied by Eric Wilms, Aznavour's longtime pianist and musical partner.
This unique tribute to Charles Aznavour, the icon of French-Armenian chanson, combines music, history, and emotion for an evening of extraordinary brilliance. Titiano and Wilms bring Aznavour's artistic legacy to the stage in a new, touching form and take the audience on a journey through the musical world of the great chansonnier – with classics such as “La Bohème,” “Hier encore,” and “She.” The concert not only inspires musically, but also makes Armenian culture tangible in all its diversity and depth.
The evening with Titiano and Eric Wilms marks the start of a festival that builds bridges between cultures and generations. Your support makes it possible to present artists internationally, celebrate Armenia's cultural heritage, and at the same time create new spaces for dialogue, art, and remembrance. (Press release)
