Swiss trombonist Samuel Blaser will be on tour in April/Mai 2019 with the music of his sixth quartet album Early in the Morning, a tribute to the blues that intentionally blurs boundaries between jazz, blues, free improvisation and contemporary classical music. With Early in the Morning, Samuel reinvents the music of Leadbelly, Sam Collins, Clarence Ashley, Dick Devall and Alan Lomax.
