And brings its well-appointed trip
Down to a close in thunder-gong.
The phonons give the angels strength
Though no one knows how much for whom.
The works astound the ear, are shrill
And lovely as the first-dug tomb.

Who pace the world with troubled airs.
Can lunacy still touch your hearts?
