Under the title "3 x 5 obzwar präparirt und gar wunderliche Früh-oder Spätstücke von Harald Kölbl" (3 x 5 early and late pieces by Harald Kölbl, tho' prepared and singularly odd) the Kallipygia Ensemble--led by Hans Steiner, the Enfant terrible of the Vienna Scene--presents psycho-acoustic gems with chamber- music faceting. Steiner continues to come across as a real "Original" and his consistently unconventional musical styling has won him an incontestable place in the contemporary music scene. This city could use more trouble makers like him! CH
