Porgy & Bess will gather at least secondary academic honors when Karlheinz Miklin, director of the jazz department at the music academy in Graz, comes here to play. Together with Fritz Pauer, the father figure for all Austrian jazz pianists, and the American rhythmic duo McClure/Nussbaum, we can count on Prof. Miklin to give us an interesting lesson in the field of pop.
